These Terms govern access to the Alora mobile application, websites, and services operated by Alora Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in San Francisco, California.

1Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. Those under 18 need parental permission. Users represent they have legal capacity and their use complies with applicable law.

2Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information, maintain secure credentials, and notify the company immediately at hunter.william.su@gmail.com of unauthorized access. The company reserves rights to suspend or terminate violating accounts.

3Description of the Service

Alora allows users to create, share, and interact with AI-generated content including text and images. The company may modify, suspend, or discontinue service features without notice.

4User Content

Users retain ownership but grant Alora "a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license" for their content. Users warrant they own their content and it doesn't infringe rights. The company reserves removal rights.

5Acceptable Use

Prohibited activities include:

Violating laws
Infringing rights
Uploading unlawful content
Harassing users
Reverse engineering
Using bots without permission
Circumventing security

6Intellectual Property

Alora owns all service elements including software, design, graphics, and trademarks, protected by intellectual property law.

7AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. "Alora does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs." The service isn't for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

8Privacy

The Privacy Policy governs data practices.

9Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before billing period end. Fees are non-refundable except as legally required. Prices may change with notice.

10Third-Party Services

The company isn't responsible for third-party content or policies.

11Termination

The company may suspend or terminate access anytime for violations. Certain provisions survive termination.

12Disclaimer of Warranties

"The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind."

The company disclaims all warranties including merchantability and fitness.

13Limitation of Liability

Liability doesn't cover indirect or consequential damages and is capped at $100 or amounts paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

14Indemnification

Users indemnify the company for claims arising from service use, term violations, or user content.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

California law governs. Disputes resolve in San Francisco County courts.

16Changes to These Terms

Material changes receive notice via the service or date updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
